Z RAMADHAN, Analysis of Female Labor Productivity and Their Contribution to the Family Economy (Case : Palm Oil Plantation PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional I Kebun Rambutan). This research was supervised by Mr. SINAR INDRA KESUMA as the Supervisor and Mr. THOMSON SEBAYANG as the Examiner. The role of female workers in the palm oil industry is crucial, particularly in supporting plantation operational activities. However, their position as daily wage workers presents challenges, including gaps in understanding and recognition of their role, both in terms of work productivity and the economic value of their contributions. The objectives of this study are: (1) to analyze the productivity of female workers in the operational activities of the palm oil plantation owned by PT Perkebunan IV Regional I Kebun Rambutan, (2) to analyze the contribution of female workers employed at PT Perkebunan IV Regional I Kebun Rambutan to their family's economy, (3) to analyze the level of income of the families of female workers employed at PT Perkebunan IV Regional I Kebun Rambutan. The analytical method used was quantitative descriptive, with 62 female workers selected through proportionate stratified random sampling. The research results indicate that the highest average productivity was achieved in fertilization work (0.75 ha/hour), weed spraying (0.71 ha/hour), and assisted pollination (0.70 ha/hour). Lower average productivity was found in castration work (0.62 ha/hour) and manual weeding (0.51 ha/hour). Analysis of women workers' contributions to their family's economy shows that they contribute an average of 47%, consisting of 36.49% from their main job as casual daily workers and 10.51% from side businesses. This shows that additional income plays an important role in strengthening the economic conditions of female workers' families.en_US
