    Abstract
Firefighters have a role involving public services that carry a significant risk of workplace accidents and health issues. Serving as a firefighter exhausts both mental and physical stamina, rendering this profession susceptible to job-related fatigue. This research employs a quantitative methodology and includes a sample of 39 individuals. Data gathering was conducted through primary sources by distributing questionnaires and interviewing participants, while secondary data was acquired by researchers from references such as books, journals, or scholarly articles. The techniques employed for assessment included the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index questionnaire, dietary recall, and Reaction Timer evaluation. This study found that 20 Medan City firefighters experienced moderate fatigue and 11 experienced severe fatigue and only 2 firefighters experienced mild fatigue. The findings of this study also obtained interesting data that only 2 Medan City firefighters had good sleep quality, while 37 officers experienced poor sleep quality. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between circadian rhythm and work fatigue with a sig value of 0.001 <0,05 which indicates a strong level of relationship with a Pearson correlation value of 0,376. Then there is a relationship between medical history and work fatigue with a sig value of 0,002 <0,05 indicating a strong level of relationship with a Pearson correlation value of 0,774, and there is a relationship between nutrition and work fatigue with a sig value of 0,001 <0,05 indicating a strong level of relationship with a Pearson correlation value of 0,718.
