| dc.description.abstract | The cassava starch lactic acid production plant is planned to have a
capacity of 5,000 tons per year and operate 330 days a year. The main process in
the pre-designed plant consists of five stages: cassava raw material preparation,
cassava starch hydrolysis, fermentation, acidification, and product purification.
The factory is planned to be located in Karang Anyar City, Central Java
Province, Indonesia, with a required land area of 16,226 m2. The company's
business entity is planned to be a Limited Liability Company (PT) and its
organizational form is a line and staff organization with a workforce of 159
people required. The results of the analysis of the economic aspects of this
cassava starch lactic acid manufacturing plant are: - Investment Capital
