    Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the distribution of productive zakat, infaq, sadaqah (ZIS), and waqf funds on the development of Micro-enterprises in Bengkalis Regency. This study employed a quantitative method with a non-parametric statistical. The population consisted of 593 mustahik (recipients) of productive aid and 40 waqf managers and nazirs. The sample for productive ZIS was selected using probability sampling with a simple random sampling technique. Meanwhile, the sample for the productive waqf variable was determined through saturated sampling (census), where the entire population was included. Primary data was collected through interviews and the distribution of questionnaires to 124 mustahik respondents and 40 waqf manager and nazir respondents. The data was analyzed using the Spearman's Rank correlation test, facilitated by IBM SPSS Statistics 27 software. The findings indicate that the distribution of productive zakat funds has a positive and significant effect on the development of micro-enterprises; however, the correlation is very weak, with a value of 0.168. Similarly, the distribution of productive infaq and sadaqah funds also demonstrated a positive and significant influence, though the correlation was weak at 0.279. In contrast, the distribution of productive waqf funds showed a strong, positive, and significant influence on the development of micro-enterprises, with a correlation value of 0.671.
