In the workplace, employee performance is a crucial factor that determines the success and productivity of a company. Various factors can influence the level of performance, including job stress, job satisfaction, and work motivation. Therefore, it is important for organizations to understand how these three variables contribute to individual performance in the work environment. This research method uses a quantitative approach. The population used in this study was 300 permanent employees, the sampling method in this study was a nonprobability sampling method. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. From the results of the research that has been conducted, the results of this study indicate that Job Stress has a negative effect on the performance of employees of PT. Tirtasibayakindo Doulu Berastagi (AQUA). This can be interpreted, if Job Stress increases, then the Employee Performance of PT. Tirtasibayakindo Doulu Berastagi decreases. The results of the second study showed that Job Satisfaction has a positive effect on the Employee Performance of PT. Tirtasibayakindo Doulu Berastagi. This can be interpreted, if Job Satisfaction increases, then the Employee Performance of PT. Tirtasibayakindo Doulu Berastagi increases. The results of the last study showed that Work Motivation has a positive effect on the employees of PT. Tirtasibayakindo Doulu Berastagi. This can be interpreted, if Work Motivation increases, then the Employee Performance of PT. Tirtasibayakindo Doulu Berastagi increases. The results of the study showed that Job Stress, Job Satisfaction and Work Motivation have a simultaneous effect on the Employee Performance of PT. Tirtasibayakindo Doulu Berastagi. This can be interpreted, if Job Stress, Job Satisfaction, and Work Motivation increase together, then the Employee Performance of PT. Tirtasibayakindo Doulu Berastagi increases. Recent research shows that job stress, job satisfaction, and work motivation are the dominant factors influencing employee performance at PT. Tirtasibayakindo Doulu Berastagi.
