Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Produksi Kelapa Sawit Rakyat (Kasus Desa Sei Torop, Kecamatan Bosar Maligas, Kabupaten Simalungun, Sumatera Utara)

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of capital, land area, number of workers, and technology on people's oil palm production in the research village. The research conducted in Desa Sei Torop, chosen because it is one of the villages in Kecamatan Bosar Maligas, Kabupaten Simalungun, in North Sumatra Province. The research area was conducted purposively. The total population of smallholder oil palm farmers under the guidance of the cooperative in SeiTorop Village is 35 farmers. In this sampling, the researcher used a census method that covers the entire population under the guidance of the cooperative. Data analysis carried out descriptively and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that partially capital, land area, number of workers and technology have a significant effect on the production of smallholder oil palm in Desa Sei Torop, Kecamatan Bosar Maligas, Kabupaten Simalungun. Together, capital, land area, number of workers and technology have a significant effect on the production of smallholder oil palm in Desa Sei Torop, Kecamatan Bosar Maligas, Kabupaten Simalungun.
