| dc.description.abstract | Innovative work behavior is an individual action in generating and implementing new ideas to support organizational sustainability and competitiveness. This study examines the effect of learning agility on innovative work behavior with adhocracy culture as a moderator variable. The sample was selected using convenience sampling method as many as 146 permanent employees who are working at PT PLN (Persero) North Sumatra Development Unit. Then the data were analyzed using SEM-PLS in the SmartPLS 4 application.
The results showed that learning agility has a positive and significant influence on innovative work behavior. Furthermore, adhocracy culture was found to moderate the relationship negatively. This finding indicates that although employees have high adaptive and learning abilities, adhocracy culture values have not been fully internalized in an organizational structure that is still thick with bureaucratic and hierarchical characteristics. | en_US |
