    Abstract
Toba Regency is one of the districts that produces Dali ni horbo or local food which can be used as supplementary food for children with poor nutritional status, including stunted children. Dali ni horbo is made from fermented buffalo milk. . Tilapia is a food rich in nutrients needed by children. The aim of the research is to produce processed food products in the form of nuggets made from Dali and Tilapia fish (Dalila) and analyze the effect of giving Dalila nuggets on improving the nutritional status of stunted children. This research uses experimental research methods by providing additional food in the form of Dalila nuggets to stunted toddlers for 3 months. The research results showed that Dalila nuggets contained high levels of calcium, 58.6 mg per 100 grams of nugget weight and 119 mg of phosphorus per 100 grams of nugget weight. The results showed that dalila nuggets contain high levels of calcium, namely 58.6 mg per 100 grams of nugget weight and 119 mg of phosphorus per 100 grams of nugget weight. There was an increase in body weight and height before and after the intervention in stunted children. The average body weight and height of stunted children increased from the first to the fourth measurement. The average ΔZ-score for weight/age was +0.4801, indicating a Z-score increase of +0.4801, and the average ΔZ-score for height/age was 0.3933. This indicates that the intervention was effective in improving nutritional status. Providing interventions through supplementary food is effective in preventing nutritional problems in children or improving the nutritional status of children, especially stunted children.
