Intensive management of mothers and babies at Haji Medan Hospital is carried out comprehensively with strict monitoring, and adjustments to interventions are made according to the condition of the mother. High-risk antenatal care services have been implemented through screening results and periodic monitoring, and the implementation of PONEK services at Haji Medan Hospital has been carried out, although there are some obstacles such as limitations in facilities and health human resources. It is hoped that with this research, the hospital will evaluate the quality of services, so that new strategies can be found to improve the quality of PONEK service implementation.en_US
