This study aims to explain the relationship between agency and structure in the Easy Run activity of the Lari Berkah Community in Medan City, using Anthony Giddens’ Structuration Theory. The research focuses on how leaders and members interact to create, maintain, and reproduce social structures through routine activities. This study uses a qualitative case study approach, collecting data through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed using the, including data reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was tested through source, method, and time triangulation. The results show that the relationship between agency and structure in the Lari Berkah Community is reciprocal. Agents actively apply values such as togetherness, discipline, and solidarity, while the structure serves as both a guide and a result of social actions. The Easy Run functions not only as a sports activity but also as a social space for Generation Z to build identity, expand networks, and promote a healthy lifestyle. Through the structuration process, the community balances individual roles and social systems, making it an adaptive and sustainable form of social practice.en_US
