Cryptocurrency is rapidly developing as a modern investment instrument, offering high-profit potential but also carrying significant risks. This phenomenon has attracted the interest of Generation Z in Medan, a population known for its adaptability to technology, influencing investment decisions by various psychological and behavioral factors. This study aims to determine the influence of experienced regret and risk tolerance on investment decisions. The influence of experienced regret and risk tolerance will be analyzed partially and simultaneously on investment decisions among Generation Z investors in Medan. The research used a quantitative approach with an associative approach. The population in this study was unknown, so sampling was conducted using a non- probability sampling technique. Primary data were obtained through direct questionnaire distribution, while secondary data were obtained through literature review, previous research, and data obtained online. The analytical methods used were validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression, partial tests, simultaneous tests, and determination tests, all processed using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that Experienced regret has a significant influence on investment decisions with a calculated t value > t table, namely 9.976 > 1.984 with a significance of <.001 < 0.05. Risk tolerance has a significant influence on investment decisions with a calculated t value of 4.201 > 1.984 with a significance of <.001 < 0.05. In simultaneous testing, the variables Experienced regret and Risk Tolerance have a positive and significant effect on investment decisions with an F value of 179.820 > 3.09 with a significance of <.001 < 0.05 and a coefficient of determination of 0.783, indicating that the influence of the variables Experienced Regret and Risk Tolerance can explain the Investment Decision variable by 78.3% while the remaining 21.7% is influenced by other factors outside this study.en_US
