Today, most companies have more complex supply chain networks in a more volatile business environment due to global sourcing, outsourcing of production, and serving customers worldwide with complex distribution networks that have multiple facilities linked by various activities. The more companies involved in the supply chain, the more nodes, and links in the network. Therefore, globalization brings new complexities and challenges as companies increasingly benefit from global supply chains. In such a business environment, Supply Chain (SC) members must focus on efficient management and coordination of material flows in multi-echelon systems to deal with these challenges. A company's supply chain often includes decisions at different planning levels, such as facility location, inventory, and transportation. In this dissertation, Mixed Integer Linear Programming (MILP) optimization method is used. The result obtained in this research's objective function is to minimize costs and maximize service levels. And at the end of this dissertation the researcher will produce a multi-echelon supply chain model integrated with optimal warehouse, inventory and transportation by minimizing total costs, maximizing service levels, and minimizing excess and stock out of stock to increase service levels and reduce costs.
