Preliminary Design for a Coconut Cream Manufacturing Plant Using the UHT
System (Ultra-Hight Temperature) with a capacity of 60,000 tons per year and
operating 330 days a year.
This Coconut Cream Manufacturing Plant is planned to be established in
Sangkub I Village, Sangkub District, Bolang Mongondow Regency, North Sulawesi
Province, with a land area of 25,000 m2 and a workforce of 347 people it will be a
Limited Liability Company (PT) headed by a factory manager with a line and staff
organizational structure.
The results of the economic analysis of this factory's preliminary design are as
follows:

for a coconut cream factory using the UHT (Ultra-Hight Temperature) process is
feasible.
