This study aims to examine the diversity of Crustaceans. in the mangrove ecosystem at Serambi Deli Beach, Pantai Labu Subdistrict, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province, and its relationship with environmental parameters. Sampling was conducted using purposive sampling across three stations with three replications. Observed environmental parameters included temperature, salinity, pH, dissolved oxygen, and organic carbon content of the substrate. The results identified 187 Arthropod individuals comprising seven species, with the highest dominance by Uca sp. (25.13%). The highest Shannon-Wiener diversity index (H’) was recorded at Station II (1.681), while the highest dominance index was found at Station III (0.343), indicating a strong dominance by certain species at that location. Principal Component Analysis (PCA) showed that salinity, temperature, and pH were positively correlated with relative abundance but negatively correlated with species diversity. Organic carbon values ranging from 2.27–2.37% indicated that the substrate was fertile enough to support benthic fauna. These findings highlight the importance of environmental parameters in shaping Arthropod community structure and the need for mangrove conservation to support coastal biodiversity.en_US
