Mothers who undergo cesarean delivery tend to face challenges in breastfeeding due to surgical wounds. Nurses play a critical role in assisting mothers to overcome these barriers. This study aims to describe the nursing care provided to post-cesarean mothers in fulfilling their lactation needs. The method used is a case study with a nursing process approach, which includes assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation. The subject of the study was a postpartum mother recovering from cesarean section who was treated in the Maternity Ward of Prof. Dr. Chairuddin P. Lubis Hospital. In this case study, nurses provided education on proper breastfeeding techniques, breast care, and nutritional requirements using leaflet media. In addition to education, the mother was trained in correct breastfeeding practices. The results showed that the mother's ability to meet her lactation needs could be achieved through structured education and practice. It is recommended that nurses take into account the mother's previous breastfeeding experience to support her behavior in meeting lactation needs and provide continuous education to ensure successful breastfeeding.en_US
