dc.description.abstractThis study aims to analyze Bushido values in character education in Japanese Elementary Schools, especially in Oyaguchi Elementary School, and describe their implementation through daily activities such as souji, kyuushoku, and extracurricular clubs. The research method used is a qualitative method with a case study approach, with primary data in the form of school activity documentation and secondary data from literature related to Bushido and character education. The theory used is Doutoku Kyouiku and social order. The results of the study show that the seven Bushido values (gi, yuu, jin, rei, makoto, meiyo, chuugi) are integrated into the curriculum and school culture, creating an environment that emphasizes discipline, empathy, and collective responsibility. The implementation of Bushido values in character education is realized through structured activities such as kyuushoku (lunch together), souji, gardening, student clubs, animal husbandry and handicrafts. These activities already include character education in the form of Regarding Self, Relation to Others, Relation to the Nature and the Sublim, and Relation to Group and Society.en_US
