Analisis Near Miss Menggunakan Aplikasi Cerdas Online pada Pemanen Kelapa Sawit di Kebun Rantauprapat Tahun 2025

Abstract

Accident prevention can be learned from accidents themselves and near misses. Human factors arise from the negligence of the workers themselves. The purpose of this research is to understand near miss incidents based on time, coordinates, cause and effect, to identify individual characteristics such as age and gender, to map the occurrences of near misses and work accidents, and to identify near misses experienced by oil palm harvesting workers. The type of research conducted is descriptive research that provides an overview. The population in this study consists of 61 workers, and the sample includes oil palm harvesting workers. The research method used is data collection through the online application Siriska.The results of the study indicate that all 61 workers are male. During the research period, there were a total of 31 cases of work accidents and near misses among the oil palm harvesting workers. The near misses experienced by workers include tripping while working, slipping, or colliding with certain objects. The afdeling with the highest occurrence of near misses is afdeling I and afdeling V. Age and work area are the most influential factors in the occurrence of work accidents and near misses in this study.
