Study This own objective For identify marketing strategies and formulate method alternatives at CV. Mandiri Farm, The research location was determined intentionally (purposively) by considering that CV. Mandiri Farm is a business in the field of sheep farming with a population of around 300 sheep. The research data collection was carried out on March 30, 2022 to April 30, 2022. The research This is study surveys of a nature descriptive .The data used includes primary data and secondary data with do observation direct and interview .This study uses a qualitative method with SWOT analysis measured from external and internal factors. The results obtained from EFAS and IFAS are that Cv. Mandiri Farm is in quadrant I, namely a situation that has opportunities and strengths so that it can take advantage of existing opportunities .This strategy must be support policy aggressive growth ( Growth Oriented Strategy ) using SO strategy , namelymaintain body weight and continue try increase customers and establish connection Good with customers and intensify activity promotion For expand market reach.
