The clean water distribution system aims to provide and distribute clean water to customers. The problems of clean water provision in Medan Helvetia District which is served by PDAM Tirtanadi Sei Agul-Diski Branch are continuity of flow, water quality and lack of discharge so that it is necessary to measure the performance of the distribution system. Measurement of the performance of the distribution system consists of the level of availability, quality of network performance and customer satisfaction. The level of availability is measured from the level of reliability, vulnerability and resilience. Network quality is analyzed using Epanet 2.2 software and the level of customer satisfaction is measured using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results of the availability analysis show a level of reliability of 63.42%, resilience of 0.31 and vulnerability shows an average shortage value of 10.71m3/month. The results of the availability analysis showed a reliability level of 63.42%, resilience of 0.31 and vulnerability showed an average shortage value of 10.71m3/month. The results of the Epanet 2.2 analysis obtained a speed in all main distribution pipes of 1.04 - 3.11 m/second or still within the recommended threshold of 0.3 - 6 m/second. The pressure value at the taping/junction was between 42.09 - 58.04m or within the threshold of the provisions of 15-60 m. IPA analysis shows that there are operational aspect indicators, namely clean water that is colored, smells and tastes, clean water contains microorganisms and small particles, clean water feels sticky and slippery, water is cloudy, water contains mud and sediment and water continuity consisting of indicators of clean water flowing for 24 hours and the same water discharge throughout the day is not yet satisfactory. The results of this study show that the performance of the distribution system, namely the level of availability and the level of customer satisfaction.en_US
