| dc.description.abstract | Quality evaluation of teaching staff in a faculty is becoming very important in the frame of internal quality assurance in the feedback form for the teaching staff and University leader. Because quality evaluation is a basic consideration in remuneration and award based on work performance, and of course improving service for students. Therefore, in order to facilitate in evaluation of teaching staff performance quality, a computer application is designed taht is implementing Preference Rangking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation (Promethee). Teaching staff work performance determination process is carried out through calculation using Promethee method started with given preference type and parameter for each of criterion, staff evaluation input which is obtained through quessioners completed by students and then value calculation for leaving flow, entering flow and net flow. From the study that has been conducted, four teaching staffs have been chosen to be the best based on the highest net flow value from second stage of the promethee process, namely, the best teaching staff 1 (A28), the best taeching staff 2 (A16), the best teaching Staff 3 (A14), and the best teaching staff 4 (A17) | en_US |
