This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of learning motivation and learning disipline on the academic achievement of management students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University North Sumatera Class of 2021). This research is a quantitative study using a survey approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The sample consisted of 72 respondents selected from a population of 258 students. The Results of the study show that learning motivation and learning discipline have a positive and significant. The correlation confident (R²) value is 0.387, which means that the two independent variables explain 38.7% of the variation in academic achievement, while the remaining 61.3% is explained by other factors outside this study. Partially, learning discipline has a stronger influence compared to learning motivation.
