Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever IDHF) Dengue hemorrhage fever is slill a major
public health problem throughout the tropics and sub-tropics areas. One of the
incidence of dengue fever in Deli Serdang. The research method is an ecological
study according to time. The object of research is all climate data and population
density of Deli Serdang recorded in the Meteorology. Climatology and
Geophysics Agency of Deli Serdang. the Central Bureau of Statistics of Deli
Serdang and data on dengue cases recorded in the Health Problem Control field
of the Deli Serdang Health Office. The data are analyzed using multiple linear
regression tests. The results show that the climate variables in Deli Serdang
Regency namely rainfall (p>0.001). length of irradiation, wind speed (p>Q.QQI).
humidity (p>0.00!), air temperature (p>0.001) and population density
(p>Q.OOI). 0.001) not significantly related to the incidence of dengue. The
results of multivariate analysis with multiple linear regressions show no effect of
climate factors and population density with the incidence of DHF. The Deli
Serdang Health Service for Disease Prevention and Control is expected to be able
to utilize the results of this research in an effort to eradicate and prevent dengue
disease and for the community to apply a clean and healthy lifestyle in an effort.
