dc.description.abstractThe performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) plays an important role in the success of government administration. ASN must continuously improve its performance, because a decline in ASN performance will affect the overall performance of the organization. This study aims to determine the influence of Innovative Work Behavior, Work Discipline, and Job Satisfaction on the Performance of State Civil Apparatus in the Regional Secretariat of Langkat Regency. This research is associative research and the type of data used is quantitative data. The population in this study amounted to 132 ASN in the Regional Secretariat of Langkat Regency. The number of samples in this study were 57 ASN with the sampling technique, namely simple random sampling. This research data was obtained by distributing research questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially, Innovative Work Behavior has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus, Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus, and Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus. Simultaneously Innovative Work Behavior, Work Discipline, and Job Satisfaction have a significant effect on the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Regional Secretariat of Langkat Regency.en_US
