This study is quantitative with a cross-sectional study approach. The population in this study were all women aged 30-50 years in the Wek I Health Center work area, with a sample size of 98 people. The results of this study indicate the variables of knowledge (p value = 0.0001), attitude (p value = 0.0001), access (p value = 0.0001), husband's support (p value = 0.0001), cadre support (p value = 0.0001), health worker support (p value = 0.0001), and needs (p value = 0.0001).
