Pengaruh Transformasi Digital dan Lingkungan Belajar terhadap Prestasi Belajar Mahasiswa (Studi Kasus pada Mahasiswa Manajemen Angkatan 2021 Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Sumatera Utara)

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of digital transformation and learning environment on students’ academic achievement, with a case study on Management students of the 2021 cohort, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Sumatera Utara. The population of this research consisted of 258 students, while the sample was 73 students selected through simple random sampling technique. This research is a quantitative study using a survey approach.Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with a 10% significance level. The results of the study indicate that simultaneously, digital transformation and the learning environment have a positive and significant effect on students’ academic achievement. Partial tests also show that both digital transformation has a positive and significant influence on students’ academic achievement and the learning environment has a positive and significant influence on students’ academic achievement. The coefficient of determination (R²) obtained was 65.3%, meaning that 65.3% of the variation in academic achievement can be explained by digital transformation and the learning environment, while the remaining 34.7% is explained by other factors not included in this study.
