One of the key functions of effective human resource management within a company is to identify talent individual capabilities that hold potential to improve employee productivity and, more importantly, enhance employee satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the influence of talent management and knowledge management on employee performance with employee engagement as a mediating variable at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Universitas Sumatera Utara Branch. A quantitative method was employed, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 36 employees selected as the research sample. The data were analyzed using path analysis with the aid of statistical software.The findings indicate that talent management has a positive and significant influence on both employee engagement and employee performance.Similarly, knowledge management also has a significant impact on employee engagement and performance. Furthermore, employee engagement significantly affects employee performance. The study also reveals that employee engagement successfully mediates the influence of both talent management and knowledge management on employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Universitas Sumatera Utara Branch.
