    Abstract
Polymer concrete is a composite material that can be developed through the use of natural materials and industrial waste. This study utilizes sand, pumice, palm oil boiler ash, mussel shell powder, and epoxy resin as the main materials. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which the addition of palm oil boiler ash and mussel shell powder affects the physical and mechanical properties of polymer concrete. Test samples in the form of 10×2×1 cm blocks were made through a process of refining and sieving the materials to 200 mesh, then mixed with epoxy resin, molded, and hot pressed at 90°C for 20 minutes. Characterization was carried out on density, water absorption, porosity, flexural strength, and compressive strength. The best compressive strength value was found in Variation A4 at 36.5 MPa. The best flexural strength value was found in Variation A0 at 13.23. The best density value was found in Variation A1 at 1.48 Kg/dm3. The best porosity value is found in variation A1 at 14.8%, and the best water absorption value is found in variation A1 at 9.97%. These findings confirm that palm oil boiler ash and dara shell powder have the potential to improve the quality of polymer concrete while supporting the use of waste materials as environmentally friendly construction materials.
