Persepsi Pengguna Terhadap Aplikasi Perpustakaan Digital Ruang Buku Kominfo Menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine user’s perceptions of the Ruang Buku Kominfo using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This research is descriptive in nature. The research population consists of user of the Ruang Buku Kominfo application. Sampling was conducted using incidental sampling with the Slovin formula, with a total sample size of 98 respondents. Data was collected through questionnaires using Google Forms. The results of the study show that based on TAM with the indicator perceived ease of use, a score of 6.894 was obtained, which is in the good category, with the sub-indicator easy to learn achieving a score of 847, the controllable sub-indicator a scored 1.235, the clear and understandable sub-indicator scored 1.223, the flexible sub-indicator scored 1.195, the easy to become skilful sub-indicator scored 1.206, and the easy to use sub-indicator scored 1.188. Based on the perceived of usefulness indicator, it achieved a score of 6.687, which is in the goof category. The work more quickly sub-indicator achieved a score 1.184, the improve job performance sub-indicator achieved a score of 1.135, the increase productivity sub-indicator achieved a score of 1.158, the sub-indicator effectiveness scored 1.193, the sub-indicator makes job easier scored 804, and the sub-indicator useful scored 1.213. In general, the Ruang Buku Kominfo digital library application received a score of 13.581. So, the research shows that users have a good perception of the Ruang Buku Kominfo Application.
