dc.description.abstractIn achieving satisfactory performance required professional capability and to achieve that goal through several stages or conditions. Formal education is still not sufficient to achieve professional skills. To the ability of employees to be empowered through training, education and development. Assessment of employee achievement and reward employee performance and employee encouragement kejenjang want to continue their education even higher and the boss reprimands employee apabilah not finish the job on time, but the lack of leadership support goes well because not all employees are given the appropriate assessment the achievements obtained and the lack of information to other employees resulted in the work of most of the employees are not finished with the specified time. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of training and work motivation partially on the performance of employees in Education Panca Budi field. Knowing and analyzing the influence of the leader as a moderating variable support can strengthen the effect of training and work motivation on employee performance at the University of Panca Budi field. Collecting data in this study was conducted through a survey approach with quantitative descriptive research by spreading questionnaires to 46 people. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression (multiple linear regression method) by processing data through SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science). The results showed that simultaneous training and motivation positive and significant impact on employee performance Universities Panca Budi field. Partially training positive and significant impact on employee performance Universities Panca Budi field. Partially work motivation positive and significant impact on employee performance Universities Panca Budi Medan From the results showed that the dominant training affect employee performance. Support leaders not as a moderating variable that strengthen the influence of training and work motivation on employee performance. Results The coefficient of determination (adjusted R square) indicates the ability of the training and motivation can explain the variation of the employee's performance is quite strong while the rest influenced by other variables outside of the variables studied such as the discipline of work and compensation.en_US
