    Abstract
The high turnover rate and absenteeism among employees at PT. Koperasi Telekomunikasi Selular (Kisel) Regional I in North Sumatra Province have raised concerns about organizational stability and productivity. Suboptimal employee performance is believed to be influenced by factors such as work motivation, teamwork, and workload. Therefore, this study aims to: 1) Analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance, 2) Analyze the effect of teamwork on employee performance, 3) Analyze the effect of workload on employee performance, and 4) Analyze the simultaneous effect of work motivation, teamwork, and workload on the performance of employees at PT. Kisel Regional I North Sumatra. The study was conducted at PT. Koperasi Telekomunikasi Selular (Kisel) Regional I North Sumatra using a quantitative approach and multiple linear regression analysis. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to active employees involved in work teams. Preliminary findings indicated that employee motivation levels were moderate, teamwork was suboptimal due to low trust among coworkers, and many employees felt their workload did not align with their capabilities or responsibilities. The results showed that work motivation, teamwork, and workload significantly influenced employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. Work motivation and teamwork contribute to increased productivity and work effectiveness, while unbalanced workloads can hinder the achievement of optimal performance. Therefore, the company is advised to strengthen its motivation system, build trust within teams, and manage workloads proportionally to enhance human resource performance.
