The shift in forest management policy in Indonesia toward a multi-business approach has increased the need for innovative, centralized monitoring systems to ensure sustainable forest management. PT. Gunung Raya Utama Timber Industries (GRUTI), a PBPH permit holder in North Sumatra, faces challenges in monitoring its widely dispersed concession areas and increasingly complex activities. This study aims to develop and evaluate a WebGis-based application as a centralized monitoring tool to oversee land cover changes, timber harvesting realization, as well as forest and non-timber forest product (NTFP/HHBK) planting activities. The research methods included the development of a WebGIS application, the collection of spatial and non-spatial data, and system testing through feasibility and usability assessments using the System Usability Scale (SUS). The results show that the WebGis effectively visualizes significant land occupation within the concession area and presents data on timber harvesting realization, which reached only 13% of the 2024 target, declining from 26% in the previous year. Forest planting activities reached 76% realization in 2024, slightly down from 78% in 2023, while HHBK (coffee) planting only commenced in September 2024. The WebGis system achieved a feasibility score of 88.66% and an average SUS score of 85.83, indicating that the application is highly valid, effective, and well-received by users. In conclusion, the WebGis application serves as an efficient and centralized monitoring solution, supporting adaptive and sustainable forest management.
