The highest average score was for Performance (4.21), followed by Economic (4.14), Service (4.09), Efficiency (4.08), Information (4.00), and Control (3.98). Overall, the results of the Unimed Library System application research using the PIECES framework obtained an average score of 4.08, which can be interpreted as positive.
