This study aims to describe the mental health condition of adolescents after participating in the Posyandu Remaja program in Kelurahan Belawan Sicanang. The research uses a descriptive approach with the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ) as the assessment tool. The results indicate that the majority of participants have relatively good mental health, with dominant scores in the Close to Average category. Emotional Symptoms and Conduct Problems have shown a decrease compared to previous research, indicating a positive impact of the program on emotional stability and behavior control. Hyperactivity/inattention and Prosocial Behavior remain consistent with previous findings, demonstrating adequate self-regulation and positive social behavior. However, although Peer Relationship Problems have improved, there is still a significant proportion of participants in the High and Very High categories. This study emphasizes the important role of Posyandu Remaja in promoting adolescent mental health, especially in communities with lower socioeconomic conditions.en_US
