| dc.description.abstract | The hustle and bustle of the city with many community activities that often cause air pollution and reduced green areas due to the massive construction of buildings, both offices, require the availability of green open areas as carbon emission absorbers, facilities for learning and sports as well as public facilities that can be enjoyed by the public for taxes paid to the state. Public satisfaction with green open space facilities, which in this case are specifically for the Ahmad Yani Park in Medan City, can be achieved through the provision of good quality services, adequate facilities and fostering public trust.
This study was conducted to analyze the effect of service quality, facilities, and trust on visitor satisfaction at the Ahmad Yani Park in Medan City through a confirmatory research method. The study was conducted on 150 respondents who had visited the Ahmad Yani Park.
The results of the study showed that partially and simultaneously the quality of service, facilities and trust had a positive and significant effect on public trust in visitors to the Ahmad Yani Park. However, several improvements still need to be made to each variable because in the data collection process there were still several respondents who showed dissatisfaction with the quality of service, facilities (especially main facilities and complementary facilities) and trust in the reliability and honesty indicators. One effort that can be done to improve and minimize complaints from the community as park users is to involve them through community empowerment. | en_US |
