Introduction. Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a progressive kidney disorder lasting over three months, leading to increased morbidity and mortality in children. Early detection is difficult as symptoms appear only after significant kidney function decline, and limited guardian awareness contributes to delayed diagnosis and management. Objective. This study aimed to examine the relationship of age, sex, education, and occupation with the level of guardian’ knowledge regarding CKD risk factors in children at UPT SD Negeri 060885. Methods. A cross- sectional design was used, with structured questionnaires distributed to 108 guardians meeting inclusion criteria. Data were analyzed using the fisher’s exact test to assess associations between variables. Results. The fisher’s exact test showed no significant association between guardian’ age, sex, or occupation and knowledge level (p>0.05). In contrast, education was significantly associated with knowledge (p<0.05). Conclusion. Education is significantly associated with better guardian knowledge of CKD risk factors in children. Age, sex, and occupation were not significantly related to knowledge levels.en_US
