Introduction. Sexually transmitted infections (STIs) remain a significant public health concern among adolescents and may lead to serious consequences if left untreated. Limited knowledge and inappropriate attitudes toward STIs can increase adolescents’ risk of engaging in unsafe sexual behaviors. Objective. This study aimed to describe the level of knowledge and attitudes regarding sexually transmitted infections among students at MAS Darul Mursyid. Method. This research employed a descriptive quantitative design with a cross-sectional approach. The study population consisted of all students at MAS Darul Mursyid, with a total of 149 respondents selected using the total sampling technique. Data were obtained through questionnaires consisting of 20 statements assessing knowledge and 10 statements evaluating attitudes toward STIs. Data were analyzed using univariate analysis through the SPSS program and presented in frequency and percentage distributions. Results and Discussion. The results showed that most respondents had a moderate level of knowledge (52.3%), followed by low (42.3%) and good (5.4%) levels. Meanwhile, the majority of students demonstrated a positive attitude toward STI prevention. In conclusion, although most students showed favorable attitudes toward STI prevention, continuous health education and awareness programs are still needed to strengthen their understanding and encourage more comprehensive attitudes regarding STI prevention.en_US
