| dc.description.abstract | This thesis discusses the influence of Good Corporate Governance on employee
compliance at PT. Sri Pamela Medika Nusantara, a subsidiary of PTPN III. Good
Corporate Governance is a corporate governance system aimed at protecting the
interests of stakeholders, namely shareholders and employees. Through Good
Corporate Governance, companies are required to guarantee the rights of employees,
thus employees must comply with company regulations in order to achieve the
company's goals. The method used in writing this thesis is an empirical juridical
research method, which refers to legal norms supported by empirical data. The data
used in this study are primary and secondary data; primary data were collected
through field study techniques, while secondary data were gathered through
literature study techniques. All collected data were then analyzed using descriptive
qualitative methods. The research results show that PT. Sri Pamela Medika
Nusantara has implemented the principles of Good Corporate Governance, which
are reflected in various company regulations. Strong leadership character, training
and education, as well as a reward system are factors that support the
implementation of Good Corporate Governance at PT. Sri Pamela Medika
Nusantara. Unfortunately, not all employees comply with the existing company
regulations due to a lack of understanding of the urgency of Good Corporate
Governance in optimizing company performance. Consequently, employees have the
potential to disrupt company operations, which can significantly impact the
company's reputation and lead to financial losses. Such non-compliance results in
legal sanctions for employees who disregard the company's regulations, which are
based on Good Corporate Governance principles. | en_US |
