Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Budaya Kerja, dan Stres Kerja terhadap Kinerja Perawat di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Porsea
The Influence of Work Motivation, Work Culture, and Work Stress on Nurses' Performance at Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Porsea
Abstract
Nurse performance plays a crucial role in the success of healthcare services in a hospital. Nurses are continually required to enhance their performance, as a decline in nurse performance will adversely affect the quality of service and the organization's overall performance. This study aims to investigate the influence of work motivation, work culture, and work stress on the performance of nurses at Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Porsea. This research employed an associative quantitative design. The study population comprised all 41 Civil Servant (ASN) nurses at RSUD Porsea, all of whom were designated as the sample using a saturated sampling technique. Research data were collected via the distribution of questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results demonstrate that, partially, work motivation has a positive and significant influence on nurse performance, work culture has a positive and significant influence on nurse performance, and work stress has a negative and significant influence on nurse performance. Simultaneously, work motivation, work culture, and work stress collectively exert a significant influence on the performance of nurses at RSUD Porsea. The novelty of this study lies in the simultaneous assessment of these three factors within the context of RSUD Porsea, a regional hospital which is an underrepresented research setting. This provides specific and valuable insights into the performance determinants of nurses in a local public healthcare environment.
