Environmental sanitation plays an important role in maintaining the health and comfort of tourist areas. The Mejuah-Juah Park area, which is visited by many tourists, still faces various sanitation problems such as uncovered trash bins, clogged drains and horse manure disposal that causes unpleasant odors. These conditions disturb the comfort of visitors and potentially pose health risks, thus requiring a comprehensive study of the park's sanitation conditions. This study is descriptive, using observation and interviews with park supervisors as well as analysis of sado driver behavior with a total sample of 90 respondents. The study covers aspects of clean water supply, toilets, sewage systems, waste management, and supporting facilities such as education facilities, health facilities, and fire extinguishers. The assessment used the 2018 Public Place Sanitation Inspection Form from the Indonesian Ministry of Health, with a score of ≥65 persen indicating a healthy condition. The results showed a total environmental sanitation score of 59.56 persen, which means that the criteria for a healthy condition were not met. The park environment scored 60 persen, while the horse-drawn carriage stop area scored only 40 persen, neither of which met the criteria for a healthy condition. Sanitation facilities in both areas also did not meet the healthy criteria, with scores of 63.9 persen and 61.58 persen. Supporting facilities were still low with scores of 55 persen in the park and 47.5 persen in the coachman area. The results of the study on the behavior of drivers showed a good level of knowledge at 70 persen, a sufficient attitude at 66.7 persen, and sufficient actions at 77.8 persen. Overall, the results of this study indicate that environmental sanitation in the Mejuah-Juah Park area is still not optimal and the behavior of sado drivers does not fully support the implementation of good sanitation.en_US
