dc.description.abstractThe manifestation of the company's leadership's commitment to creating a sustainable corporate business is to improve employee green behavior. Therefore, detecting variables that can increase employee green behavior in a study is very important. The purpose of this study is to develop a theoretical approach on the influence of green involvement management and green training on employee green behavior mediated by green orientation environment and workplace environment sustainability. This research was conducted at PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (TbK) in the Medan and Dumai Regions. The population of this study is permanent employees of the company, with a sample of 230 people consisting of 145 people from the Medan branch and 85 people from the Dumai branch. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires, documentation studies and interviews. The data analysis technique used structural equation modelling partial least square (SEM-PLS) with the two stage embedded approach method. The results of the study show that green involvement management and green training have a positive and significant effect on the green orientation environment, workplace environmental sustainability and employee green behavior. Then the green orientation environment and workplace environment sustainability have a positive and significant effect on employee green behavior. Furthermore, green involvement management, green training, green orientation environment, workplace environmental sustainability and employee green behavior have a positive and significant effect on employee green behavior. It is known that green orientation environment and workplace environment sustainability are mediating variables between the influence of green involvement management and green training on employee green behavioren_US
