The Influence of Reward Management and Knowledge Management on Employee Performance at PT Enamenam Agro Group
Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of reward management and
knowledge management on employee performance at PT Enamenam Agro Group. The background of this research is based on the declining trend of employee performance indicated by internal company data and the suboptimal
implementation of reward systems and knowledge management. This study
employed a quantitative causal design with a total population of 132 employees, all of whom were included as participants using the total sampling technique. The instruments used were employee performance, reward management, and
knowledge management scales, which were tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with JASP software. The results show that reward management has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while knowledge management has no significant effect. However, simultaneously, reward management and knowledge management contribute to improving employee performance, although the effect size is relatively small. These findings emphasize the importance of strengthening reward systems as the main factor in performance improvement while still considering knowledge management to support a more productive work environment. This study is expected to serve as a reference for human resource management development, particularly in the implementation of reward and knowledge management practices.
