This study aims to examine the relationship between religiosity and stress in final-year students experiencing a quarter life crisis. This study is a quantitative study involving 305 final-year students in Medan who are experiencing a quarter life crisis. Respondents were obtained using a non-probability sampling method, specifically accidental sampling, and applying a screening method to obtain respondents who meet the criteria of the study subjects. The screening instrument used to obtain a sample of final-year students experiencing a quarter life crisis was measured using Hassler's quarter-life crisis diagnosis quiz scale. Religiosity in this study was measured using the Centrality of Religiosity Scale (CRS). Stress was measured using the Perceived Stress Scale-10 (PSS-10). Data analysis was conducted using the Pearson Product Moment correlation test, yielding a correlation coefficient of r = -0.328 and a significance value of p < 0.001. The results of this study indicate that religiosity is significantly negatively related to stress in final-year students experiencing quarter life crisis. These findings indicate that the higher the level of religiosity, the lower the level of stress experienced by final-year students going through a quarter life crisis tends to be. Thus, religiosity can be considered as one of the strategies in managing stress for final-year students experiencing a quarter life crisis.en_US
