T Background: Distal radius fractures are the most common orthopedic fractures. in the world. Handling of this fracture often done with method reduction open internal fixation (ORIF). Radiological parameters postoperative changes , such as radial height, radial inclination, volar tilt, radial translation, and ulnar variance, are believed to influential to external clinical . Methods : This use cross-sectional design of 50 patients at H. Adam Malik General Hospital Medan who underwent ORIF for distal radius fractures. Radiological parameters post-operative measured and the relationship between these parameters with score qDASH and range movement joints (ROM) analyzed using the Fisher-exact test and regression logistics. Result : Show connection significant between radiological parameters with score qDASH and ROM. The parameters radial height (p=0.03), radial inclination (p=0.025), volar tilt (p<0.001), radial translation (p=0.002), and ulnar variance (p<0.001) were associated significant with qDASH . For ROM, radial inclination (p=0.044) and volar tilt (p<0.001) were also significant . Analysis multivariate identified volar tilt (p=0.012) and ulnar variance (p=0.014) as the most influential parameters external functional . Conclusion : Optimal correction of volar tilt and ulnar variance is essential. in increase results clinical distal radius fracture patients undergoing ORIF. Research This give contribution to development guidelines based proof in treatment of this fracture. Keywords : Distal radius fracture, radiological parameters, volar tilt, ulnar variance, qDASHen_US
