    Abstract
Advances in information technology have prompted libraries to shift to digital services, including through the Perpus Siantar application. This study aims to analyse the factors that influence the acceptance and use of the Perpus Siantar application using the UTAUT2 model. A quantitative approach was used by distributing questionnaires to all application users, and 91 of 113 respondents provided complete answers. The data were analysed using PLS-SEM with SmartPLS 4. The results showed that Effort Expectancy had a significant effect on Behavioural Intention (T-statistic 1.720; p-value 0.043) with a contribution of 14.9%. The Habit variable also had a significant effect on Behavioural Intention (T-statistic 2.244; p-value 0.025) with a contribution of 6.6%, as well as a significant effect on Use Behaviour (T-statistic 2.526; p-value 0.012) with a contribution of 16.8%. In addition, Facilitating Conditions significantly influenced Use Behaviour (T-statistic 2.530; p-value 0.006) with a contribution of 14.8%. Meanwhile, Performance Expectancy, Social Influence, Hedonic Motivation, Price Value, and the relationship between Behavioural Intention and Use Behaviour were not significant because their contributions were below 5%. These findings confirm that user habits and ease of use are the main factors in driving the acceptance of the Perpus Siantar application. The implementation of this digital library application also contributes to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education), by expanding access to information and supporting inclusive and sustainable learning.
