This study aims to identify strategies to enhance teacher performance at Namira Islamic School. The research employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative and qualitative methods to obtain comprehensive and in-depth data. The population of the study consists of 104 teachers, and using purposive sampling and the Slovin formula, a sample of 51 respondents was selected. Based on a SWOT analysis, Namira Islamic School demonstrates strengths in the high competence of its teachers, an inclusive work culture, and solid management support. The school also has opportunities for development through partnerships with other institutions and infrastructure improvement. However, weaknesses such as high workload and an inequitable compensation system must be addressed. The findings suggest strategies to enhance teacher performance through more effective workload management, technology-based program development, strategic partnerships, and improved facilities and infrastructure. By implementing these strategies, Namira Islamic School is expected to enhance its educational quality and strengthen its competitiveness amidst a dynamic environment.en_US
