Pengaruh Ekstrak Rivina humilis dan Diplazium esculentum terhadap Pengendalian Ganoderma boninense pada Tanaman Kelapa Sawit
The Effect of Rivina humilis and Diplazium esculentum Extracts on Ganoderma boninense Control in Oil Palm Plants
Abstract
Ganoderma boninense is the main pathogen that causes basal stem rot in oil
palm plants, which can reduce productivity and cause mortality. This study aims to
evaluate the effectiveness of Rivina humilis and Diplazium esculentum extracts in
suppressing the growth of G. boninense, with Trichoderma harzianum as a
comparator. This study used a completely randomized factorial design (CRD) with
16 treatment combinations replicated three times, with Rh (25%, 50%, 100%) and
De (25%, 50%, 100%) concentrations. The results showed that the extracts of both
plants (Rh and De) significantly suppressed the growth of G. boninense. The 50%
extract treatment suppressed G. boninense growth by 100,00%. The higher the
extract concentration, the greater the inhibitory effect. The results of the two plant
extracts tested were not significantly different compared to T. harziaum.
