| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of Financial Strain, Attitude Towards Money, Financial Literacy, and Financial Behaviour on Financial WellBeing among Generation Z employees at PT Masda Jaya Sukses. This research is an associative study using quantitative data. The population in this study consists of all employees working at PT Masda Jaya Sukses, totaling 80 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with the criteria that respondents are members of Generation Z, aged over 19 years, and have been employed for at least six months. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS version 26. The results show that simultaneously, Financial Strain, Attitude Towards Money, Financial Literacy, and Financial Behaviour have a significant effect on Financial Well-Being. Partially, Financial Strain has no significant effect on Financial Well-Being, while Attitude Towards Money, Financial Literacy, and Financial Behaviour have a positive and significant effect on Financial Well-Being. Based on the coefficient of determination, the four independent variables are able to explain the dependent variable by 44.8%, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors outside of this study. | en_US |
