This research aims to determine the effect of price and service quality on customer satisfaction at Miss Glam Medan Store. This study is associative research and the type of data used is quantitative data. The population in this study consists of consumers who have purchased from and visited Miss Glam Medan. The sample size in this study is 85 people with purposive sampling technique, with the criteria consumers who have purchased from and visited Miss Glam Medan at least once. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The data processing in this research uses SPSS. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously, price and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Partially, price and service quality also have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Miss Glam Medan. Based on the coefficient of determination, price and service quality can influence customer satisfaction by 82,6%.
