| dc.description.abstract | Inventory plays a crucial role in ensuring the continuity of production processes. Inefficient inventory control can lead to overstocking or stockouts, which may disrupt production activities. PT Juragan Dimsum Indonesia still manages its inventory manually, resulting in recording errors, low accountability, and ineffective utilization of historical data. Therefore, this study aims to design an integrated dashboard-based inventory control information system that is efficient and user-friendly. The applied methods include demand forecasting using Weighted Moving Average (WMA) and Single Exponential Smoothing (SES), with forecasting accuracy evaluated using the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) to determine the most accurate method. Raw material demand data from April to June 2025 were used as the basis for calculating Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Safety Stock (SS), and Reorder Point (ROP). All calculation results were processed in Google Spreadsheet and visualized through Looker Studio dashboards to create an interactive and real-time information system. The results show that the WMA-3 method provides lower MAPE values for White Wrapper, Yellow Wrapper, Styrofoam for Snapper, Styrofoam for Shrimp, and Fine Salt, while the SES method performs best for Wheat Flour, Dimsum Boxes, and Sugar. The implementation of EOQ, SS, and ROP produces more accurate information regarding optimal order quantities, safety stock levels, and reorder points. The designed dashboard is accessible across multiple devices, operates in real-time, and requires no advanced technical skills. Hence, the system contributes to improving efficiency, accountability, and effectiveness in the company’s inventory control process. | en_US |
