The Influence of Service Quality, Trust and Price on Customer Satisfaction at the Debang Resort Dairi Hotel
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, trust, and price on customer satisfaction at Debang Resort Hotel. This study is an associative study and the type of data used is quantitative data. The population in this study is hotel customers at Debang Resort Dairi. The sample size in this study is 98 people, using purposive sampling with the criteria being customers who are over 18 years old and have visited Debang Resort Dairi at least three times. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. Data processing in this study used SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously, service quality, trust, and price have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Partially, service quality, trust, and price have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Hotel Debang Resort Dairi. And based on the coefficient of determination, the independent variables are able to influence the dependent variable by 64.7%.
